Rotaract International
Rotaract is a global movement of young leaders who share a passion and commitment to service, leadership, and creating positive change. As part of an international network spanning over 180 countries, Rotaract Great Britain and Ireland plays an active role by working closely with Rotary International and fellow Rotaract organisations to strengthen connections and deliver impact and opportunities both locally and internationally.
Our international work supports projects and partnerships that respond to global challenges, while creating opportunities for members to engage in international service projects, learn from different cultures, and build lasting relationships across borders.
From representing Great Britain and Ireland on the international stage to supporting Rotary’s global initiatives, our international portfolio reflects Rotaract’s commitment to cooperation, understanding, and service. Our international portfolio is led through representation, close collaboration with Rotary, and active engagement with Rotaract Europe, this work ensures that the voices, ideas, and experiences of Rotaractors from Great Britain and Ireland are heard globally as part of the mission of building a more connected and compassionate world.

Country Representative

The Board’s Experience Director, Lex Okagbue, also acts as the formal Country Representative for Rotaract Clubs and Rotaractors within our districts as part of their membership with the European Rotaract Information Centre (ERIC).

Rotaract and Rotary International reaches out around the world with international support, whether we are tackling poverty or supporting disaster relief, our global network and connections help us support communities around the world.
Our clubs unite people of action from all continents and cultures to deliver real, long-term solutions to our communities' most persistent problems, finding new, effective ways to enhance health, stability, and prosperity across the globe.
Connecting Rotaract Clubs all over Europe since 1988, the European Rotaract Information Centre (ERIC) bring together over 40 countries and 25K+ Rotaractors!
Rotaract Great Britain and Ireland works in partnership with this Multi-District Information Organisation to foster international exchanges and collaboration.
Supported by Country Representatives, Rotaractors have at least three opportunities per year to take part in events in different European cities.
