What to Expect

Clubs Connect is all about people, shared experiences, and making a difference together. Over the weekend, you’ll have the chance to meet fellow Rotaractors, take part in team challenges, explore Dublin with a local perspective, enjoy social moments and meals, and contribute to a hands-on community project. Whether you join organised activities, try something new, or simply soak up the city with your club, the weekend is designed to be flexible, welcoming, and full of opportunities to connect, collaborate, and create lasting memories.

“Dublin is ready to welcome you! We are so excited to be part of Clubs Connect this June! Whether you’re joining us from across the UK, Ireland, or beyond, get ready for a weekend of good craic, genuine connections, and a little service along the way!”

— Jose Ribera, District Rotaract Representative for Ireland (1160)

Extra Activities

As part of Saturday’s programme, attendees will have the option to book additional excursions to some of Dublin’s top attractions, alongside a range of free-to-attend activities. These experiences will be led by members of the Rotaract Club of Dublin, giving participants a unique, local perspective and the chance to explore the city with those who know it best. This not only helps create a more authentic and welcoming experience, but also provides further opportunity to connect, share stories, and build relationships in smaller groups.

A full programme will be announced next month - check back later for updates.

“I always write about Dublin, because if I can get to the heart of Dublin I can get to the heart of all the cities of the world. In the particular is contained the universal.”

— James Joyce, Irish novelist and poet

Dublin – Where history and heritage thrive, and good cheer abounds.

“The truth is that I am in love with Dublin. I think it is the most beautiful town that I have ever seen, mountains at the back and the sea in front, and long roads winding through decaying suburbs and beautiful woods.”

— George Moore, Irish novelist and short story writer
